A former police officer in Montgomery County has been charged with shooting a teenage girl after a road-rage incident, prosecutors said Thursday.
Owen W. Farmer 3rd, 45, of the 1900 block of Second Street in Upper Gwynedd Township, allegedly fired three shots Saturday night into the rear of a BMW sport-utility vehicle, wounding the driver’s 15-year-old daughter who was sitting in the front passenger seat.
Farmer, who was a police officer in Upper Gwynedd, was charged Tuesday with two counts of aggravated assault and related offenses. He was released after posting $50,000 bail….
